- Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines while minimizing downtime.People Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of supervisors, line leaders, and production operators through effective coaching, delegation, and motivation.Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products strictly adhere to food safety regulations and quality standards including HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, and HALAL. Partner with QA/QC to resolve non-conformities.Process Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance using lean manufacturing principles and OEE tracking.Maintenance & Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the maintenance team for equipment upkeep. Monitor raw material usage alongside the supply chain/warehouse team to maintain adequate stock levels.Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Enforce workplace safety procedures, conduct regular safety audits, and perform risk assessments in compliance with local regulations.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present data-driven production reports and KPIs to senior management to guide operational decisions.
