This position is responsible to lead SE Asia P & AS LOB to ensure Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) delivers best in class solutions to meet customer expectations whilst achieving safety, quality, schedule and financial goals. Lead the technical execution, functional and project management disciplines necessary to enhance the competitive position of HPS to meet growth objectives. Leverage on strong local presence and capabilities to deliver and align with local customer. Provide specific project execution support to other LOBs.
This role has Project Management as direct reports.
Sourcing, Estimation, and HSE will functionally support this position. The role is responsible for delivering sustainable business results with full AOP accountability. AOP accountability includes but is not limited to Orders, Revenue, Income, Cash Flow, CAPEX investments & headcount planning.
Responsibility extends to ensuring adherence and project delivery according to Global Code of Conduct, Schedule of Executive Approvals (SEA), Global Project Methodology (GPM), Global Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health & Safety Policies as well as complying with Governance and Accounting practices and processes.

Bachelors degree engineering or business.
Significant program management experience (MBA Preferred)
