WSHE Officer / ECO oversee/supervise a team of WSH Coordinators and is responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the company Workplace Safety and Health, and Environmental (WSHE) management systems, and ensuring all staff and subcontractors compliance with Company established WHSE management systems and all regulatory and statutory WSHE requirements. WSHE Officer / ECO plays a critical role on construction sites in ensuring compliance with WSH and environmental regulations and minimizing the environmental impact of construction activities.
WSHE Officer / ECO is responsible for identifying and assessing WSHE hazards and risks, and establishing appropriate control measures to eliminate or mitigate such risks, and provide education and advises about preventive measures and all WSHE related matters to management, staff and subcontractors. WSHE Officer shall ensure zero workplace injuries and cultivate high level of WSHE awareness and safety practices in the organization.
Interns are enrolled in a qualified course program of either a Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, Professional Certificate, Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 1 to Level 5 or equivalent under TVET programs in any relevant fields or disciplines.
