Ability to investigate production issues, handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, identify trends, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions.
System development, maintain company's Quality Management System including Environment regulations . Analyze performance data and lead continuous improvement initiatives, to enhance quality efficiency. Manage and distribute controlled quality documentation. Develop and deliver training programs to raise quality awareness. Plan and perform internal quality audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and EMS and report findings to management.
Build quality competency on all operation and loading staff who play a role in IMS activities (this include Nestle employees, 3rd party service providers and container liners).
To act as an authorized person for product release and ensure that the products are released in timely manner in accordance with production planning & delivery schedule.
Communicates directly with the other department heads and top management to coordinate quality control in process areas and assist production in improve process running smooth/any improvement.
