Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Proactive sourcing of suitable candidates via different platforms.
Screening, interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates to match with the client requirements.
Acquire new clients through business development/cold calling.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients and candidates.
Negotiate terms & offers between clients/companies and successful candidates.
Any ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
CEI (Basic) certified.
At least 1-2 years of proven track records in recruitment sales or any sales experiences.
Good understanding of sourcing and recruiting processes.
