- Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinding machines, including wheel pack changes, collet adjustments, and robotic loader synchronization.Programming & Editing: Load, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Rollomatic software (VirtualGrind Pro). Adjust wheel paths, feeds, speeds, and grinding sequences to meet exact specs.Precision Tool Grinding: Grind high-precision punch, reamers and custom micro-tools from solid carbide or HSS blanks.Wheel Profile Dressing: Select, mount, and dress diamond and CBN wheel packs. Measure and input wheel qualification data into the CNC controller.In-Process Quality Control: Perform first-article and in-process inspections using ultra-precision metrology equipment (e.g. profile projectors, laser micrometers) to guarantee tolerances down to the micron level.
