Role:- 1. Developing successful relationships with clients 2. Handing customer needs 3. Managing portfolio of accounts 4. Providing ingoing support to customers 5. Providing timely and accurate forecasts 6. Generating new business using customer network Responsibility:- 1. Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally 2. Preparing sales proposal and closed deal 3. Tracking analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics 4. Handling and resolving customer complaints services. 5. Advising client on policies and Standard Operating Procedures. 6. Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation 7. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients 8. Setting sales quotas and goals 9.
