We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin to support the sales team in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sales processes, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between departments.
Responsible for receiving customer inquiry (RFQ), in accordance with the provisions of the appropriate review process, and to assist in the provision of relevant information required for quotations, timely follow-up and feedback to the customer of quotations progress; follow-up customer feedback on the quotations;
Responsible for receiving of customer orders (PO), make confirmation and order arrangement on time, assist to the order review process, make confirmation and feedback to the customer on time;
Follow up production and delivery status, timely communicate with PMC, Production department, Supply Chain department and other related departments to solve related issues of shipment. If there is any problem, feedback to the customers on time;
