Issue receipts and ensure correct change is given. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of products. Assist in merchandising and restocking shelves. Keep up-to-date with promotions and special offers. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Arrange displays to attract customers and showcase promotions. Monitor and replenish stock as needed. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals. Communicate effectively with other staff members and management. Provide feedback and share insights to improve overall store performance. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures. Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism. Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying). Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders). Promote awareness of hotel image internally and externally. Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials). Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to hotel. Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process. Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
