Main Job Duties / Responsibilities
1. Liaison officer of Research Grant Schemes offered by MOE e.g. FRGS, LRGS, or from other ministries/institutions to coordinate and facilitate, compile and ensure all applications are according to MOE’s requirement and process the applications (via online system My-GRANTS)
2. To ensure that rules and regulations followed precisely and the filing of the documentation is recorded.
3. Coordinate, collect and facilitate e-MyRA data before submitting to MOHE.
4. Manage the administrative task of Internal Grant Application including issuance letter, processing financial claim, monitoring research progress and any other related matters.
5. Responsible for organizing the RMC meeting, including invitation, attendance of members, preparation of minutes of meeting, updates/follow-up on Internal and external researches, arrangement of venue either face to face or online.
6. Manage the Internal training matters including invitation of speaker, attendance of participants, certificates of attendance, following up on the designer regarding the certificate, arranging the feedback form and payment request form.
7. Responsible to send email to all related faculties for any external webinar or external conferences based on approval by Director or Deputy Director of RMC and keep record all activities.
8. Record attendance, leave and daily tasks in the staff portal.
9. Any other related tasks assigned by Director, Deputy Director, Deputy CEO or CEO.
