As a Social Media Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the online presence of the company across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, interacting with the audience, and monitoring social media analytics.
• Market research practices such as current trends in their niche and the needs and desires of consumers.
• Creating or altering brand images, reaching out to a new target for multiple types of mediums such as, online advertising, print ads, video commercials.

- Assist to prepare quotations, invoice, delivery orders thru Xero system to be delivered to clients via personal WhatsApp or WhatsApp group or email yahoo or Gmail or website email .
-To handle platforms & payment systems .
-Factoring in the discount / commission .
-Update Query from accountant for payment issues (which customer / payment not tally).
-Update Bulk Payment (from platform to system.
-To follow-up on sales aging with admins in charge of chasing the payment.
-Handling/responding/resolving any complaints (internal & external).
-Once you have understood the flow to see if there is a better or simpler, more efficient, faster, effective way for the betterment of the sales or processes team.
-Sales kit / pictures to be updated periodically for easy and faster communication of info to clients.
-Checker for deposit payments for before the event executed. Best 2 days before (except clients with credit terms).
-Creating content, posting and answering social media ( tik tok, instagram, fb ).
-Assist in admin duties ( when needed ).
