KEY TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist to prepare quotations, invoice, delivery orders thru Xero system to be delivered to clients via personal WhatsApp or WhatsApp group or email yahoo or Gmail or website email . -To handle platforms & payment systems . -Factoring in the discount / commission . -Update Query from accountant for payment issues (which customer / payment not tally). -Update Bulk Payment (from platform to system. -To follow-up on sales aging with admins in charge of chasing the payment. -Handling/responding/resolving any complaints (internal & external). -Once you have understood the flow to see if there is a better or simpler, more efficient, faster, effective way for the betterment of the sales or processes team. -Sales kit / pictures to be updated periodically for easy and faster communication of info to clients. -Checker for deposit payments for before the event executed. Best 2 days before (except clients with credit terms). -Creating content, posting and answering social media ( tik tok, instagram, fb ). -Assist in admin duties ( when needed ).
