Job Responsibilities:

Process posting of daily stock movements and maintain an accurate record to achieve accuracy of inventory.
Assist to monitor minimum level of inventory and assist to expedite the delivery of stock item purchased.
Oversee the receiving, storage, issuing and replenishment of stock items to achieve an efficient and effective control of inventory.
Assist in preparing inventory reports, on time to achieve an official reporting
Assist in preparing periodic Stock Take to achieve an accurate inventory
Preservation of spare parts/materials and maintaining good housekeeping.
Requirements:
Diploma in Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Min. 2 years in Store / Warehouse / Inventory Management related field
Good computer skills & able to use basic software application such as MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
Possess Forklift Operating License/ Certificate
Knowledge in SAP or Inventory Management System preferable
To assist customer with all sales related inquiry, and coordinate with internal.
Monthly:3 months forecast, director meeting report, AR report, Sales & Royalty Report, Mgt Meeting Presentation.
Weekly: Customer PO downloaded, weekly sales report, sales production report, update shipment status in server.
Daily: To assist customer with any sales related issue.
