Audit Junior / Audit Senior
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute the audits for various audit clientele
• Analyze management financial statements and identify potential areas of audit concern
• Perform various risk and control assessments and conduct necessary audit tests
• Document audit findings and report issues identified during the audit fieldwork
• Liaise closely with clients to ensure a smooth and timely completion of the audit, with all areas of audit concern addressed
Additional duties of Audit Seniors,
• Lead, develop and manage the audit team to ensure a timely completion of the audits
• Review the audit workings papers and draft audited financial statements prepared by the Audit Juniors
• Ensure all areas of audit concern are addressed before audited financial statements are to be signed by Audit Partner
Tax Junior / Tax Senior
Job Summary:
Deliver tax assignments to expected standards and within agreed timelines for a portfolio of clients.
Job Responsibilities:
• Tax computation of companies and tasks assigned are completed correctly accurately, timely and correctly.
• All IRB tax correspondences assigned are properly dealt with within the given timeframe.
• Manage clients well with timely response to client’s issues and queries.
• Escalate high complex issues to Supervisor immediately.
• Ensure timely submission of all Tax Forms, and timely follow up of tax queries, if any.
• Ensure tax documents are filed into the tax files in a timely and organized manner.
• Provide support to the team and work co-operatively to ensure all tasks are carried out according to instructions and on a timely manner.
• Call and follow up on tax fee payment on a monthly basis.
ACCOUNTING TAXATION AUDITING COMPANY SECRETARIAL INSOLVENCY Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial or equivalent.
