• To ensure and maintain good 6S practice in workplace and maintenance workshop.
• Be aware of any significant environmental aspects associated with their work and work area including proper handling of scheduled wastes.
• To communicate effectively and efficiently among peers and superior.
• Provide electrical, instrument and mechanical maintenance to the plant on a primarily preventative basis and secondarily supporting reactive maintenance basis.
• To maintain and updates machine spare part inventory level.
• To reduce machinery reactive downtime by improving MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) through an effective and efficient Preventive Maintenance activity.
• To execute Preventive Maintenance efficiently and effectively with in the stipulated time given.
• Secondarily function, to perform breakdown diagnosis, rectification works of production machinery, facility equipment, R&D laboratory equipment and Logistic equipment.
• Execute any other ad hoc duties maintenance duties as directed by superior.
• Fast respond during emergency and breakdown of machines.
• Communicate with the other shifts the status of parts, equipment and any other matters that might have an impact on their job through verbal and written means.
• Propose improvements and help develop new maintenance job plans & procedures.
• Duly to record on daily basis Preventive Maintenance reports and machine breakdown job accomplishment in the communication book and JOC.
• To ensure daily checklist being recorded accordingly and comply with procedure.
• To carry out multitask jobs and assignment thus improving quality and productivity.
1. Melaksanakan tugas-tugas asas termasuk mengecat dan mengisi celah, menguruskan pembaikan penyelenggaraan.
2. Melakukan pembaikan pada mesin, peralatan atau perkakas syarikat. Mengesan dan laporkan keperluan pembaikan penyelenggaraan utama.
3. Periksa ruang komuniti secara berkala untuk mengenal pasti masalah - sampah, kerosakan mekanikal atau kerosakan.
4. Respon kepada permintaan penyelenggaraan pelanggan dengan profesional
5. Membaiki sistem paip, elektrik dan keselamatan.
6. Mengawasi kerja-kerja pengubahsuaian dan pembinaan oleh kontraktor atau pembekal.

Extensive experience in handle varies ELV System e.g.: CCTV, Access Control, MATV, Projector, PA System, Alarm and the experience of trouble shooting IP & etc.
