JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORIZATION LEVEL
• Conduct monthly ESD compliance plant wide;
• Involve in RMA activities from incoming until outgoing;
• Upkeep and maintain first article report and submission to customer;
• Support QA Engineers on technical issues;
• Involve in ECO and Purge activities;
• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental
protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and
helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs;
• Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company.
Developing and maintaining company inspection reports.
Inspecting goods or products according to quality and safety standards.
Ensuring goods and products comply with company standards as well as Federal and State law.
Ensuring test equipment is calibrated and working correctly.
Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor.
Collating test data and drafting quality reports.
Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.
Ensuring production is not hindered by quality testing procedures.
• To fabricate, maintain and repair tool & jigs, boards as well as take care of inspection equipment control.
• To involve in PK Audit and Kaizen and other quality related activities.
• To involve in customer service activities such as customer claim investigation and sample submission.
• To take charge of Product Audit, Training and Sample preparation tasks.
• To be responsible for workshop activities such as tools stock control, document storage control, and waived materials control.
• To assist in Incoming Quality Control (IQC) as well as to support lab activities.
• Aggressive personality with satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job.

Qualification
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Food Technology or related field
- Knowledgeable in quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA)
- Possesses minimum at least 2 years work experience in QC/QA or lab
Responsibility
- To ensure that all products material are aligned with Manufacturing Order (MO) and Standard
Operating Procedure (SOP)
- To support incoming, finished good physical, chemical and biological analysis
- To monitor monthly inspection of environmental and hygienic condition
- Responsible in issuing purchase request, technical study and others as instructed by the
supervisor
