1. Manage a team of Visual Merchandising and inspire and challenge them to strengthen the uniqueness of the brand's identity in the store.
2. Develop market specific strategies for various retail and visual merchandising operations and develop long and short term objectives.
3. To develop various strategies for improvement of store ambiance and display various seasonal items.
5. Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store.
6. Ensuring the strategy is in line with the store’s brand, products, and target market.
