1. Manage a team of Visual Merchandising and inspire and challenge them to strengthen the uniqueness of the brand's identity in the store.
2. Develop market specific strategies for various retail and visual merchandising operations and develop long and short term objectives.
3. To develop various strategies for improvement of store ambiance and display various seasonal items.
5. Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store.
6. Ensuring the strategy is in line with the store’s brand, products, and target market.
7. Prepare and execute visual merchandising signage and provide solutions to specific marketing requirement and manage all promotional events.
8. Monitor competitors’ visual merchandising techniques and incorporate effective techniques in business.
9. Monitor customer profile and store size and identify appropriate visual presentation for various product categories.
10. Coordinate with event and management team and prepare innovative strategies for display.
11. Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
12. Liaising with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, when necessary.
13. Monitoring costs and working within budget.
