JOB REQUIREMENTS:⢠0â2 years of relevant working experience with minimum SKM Level 2 or Diploma in any field.⢠Experience in logistics or warehouse operations, particularly incoming materials, internal issuance, and shipment within a manufacturing environment, is preferred.⢠Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.⢠Knowledge or exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems is an added advantage.⢠Forklift license is an added advantage.⢠Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control is an added advantage.⢠Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant Malaysian residence status.⢠Good teamwork skills with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Load, unload, and receipt all incoming and outgoing shipments (direct and indirect).2. Verify incoming and outgoing goods against relevant documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, Certificates of Conformance (CoFC), and other supporting documents.3. Perform physical inspection and receiving of raw materials and finished goods in accordance with documented requirements.4. Store and preserve all received materials and finished goods properly, ensuring stock accuracy and traceability.5. Ensure all issuance and outbound processes are carried out based on approved picking lists, job cards, packing lists, invoices, and DOs.6. Support production by expediting material shortages and handling urgent customer shipments when required.7. Perform packing and labeling activities for both incoming and outgoing materials in accordance with standards.8. Ensure all required documentation is correctly prepared and packed in the appropriate boxes or shipments.9. Participate in stock count and cycle count activities to maintain inventory accuracy.10. Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.11. Participate in Kaizen projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and processes.
