Responsibilities
  • Able to handle full set of Accounts, Accounts Receivable and Account Payable
  • Follow up on credit collections and process debit note
  • Liaise with client on production and payment matters
  • Knowledge in MYOB Accounting Systems
  • Handling Petty Cash & Bank Reconciliation
  • Other administrative duties
  • Able to handle production of the company
  • Willing to travel ( having driving licence is an advantage)
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Fast worker, able to handle high volume of job scope
  • Ability to multi-task, independent and meticulous
  • Self motivated and independent
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Required skills: MYOB
