Kelayakan
- Fresh Graduates or junior with 1 year experience are welcome to apply.
- Able communicate in Mandarin and English
- Possess minimum education level, Diploma in related field
- Office located in Sri Petaling, KL
Tanggungjawab
- To assist superior in performing day-to-day accounting functions such as AR,AP,GL & data entry of accounting system (SQL)
- Ensure invoices are supported with complete documents which are PO,DO,GRN & etc.
- Ensure all AP transactions are posted accurately.
- Resolve invoices discrepancies.
- To assist superior in monitoring of creditor's aging by ensuring the payments are up to date & accurate.
- Responsible in checking monthly attendance and payroll file before submission.
- Responsible for registration into HRDF system for grant submission.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
