· Ensure efficient production in line with the company's targets by adjusting production parameters to meet quality standards and prioritizing production schedules.

· Maintain machinery and production area by 5S system for cleanliness and performing autonomous maintenance on equipment.

· Accurately prepare production reports, record production outputs, and manage wood and paper reimbursements.

· Facilitate communication with other departments for production preparation and maintain clear communication between shifts to ensure alignment on goals.

· Take responsibility for maintaining a safe work environment.

· Understand and act in accordance with company management system policies.

· Follow the regulations and standard practices of relevant departments as per the management system.

· Ensure employees comply with laws and other requirements related to the management system.

Actively participate in and provide suggestions for improving the management system in relevant departments

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
