Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Executive - Leasing - Tenancy Administration di Sunway Malls Selangor - Maukerja

To plan and carry out direct leasing activities in order to maintain and develop new leases for Sunway KL Malls in accordance with business plans.

Maintains and expands retailers' database and prospective retailers.

Plans and executes leasing activities

Conducts market and competitor research, as well as customer surveys.

To assist in the negotiation process for new and renewals of tenancies

Responds to and follow up on leasing enquiries.

Fosters good working relationships with tenants and attends to their queries and complaints accordingly

To manage, organize and update reports related to tenancy agreements, master list for rental and etc.

Monitors and reports on tenants’ activities

To prepare e-memo for renewal and other related tenancy matters.

To assist in supervising and managing the sales reports for retail lots, kiosks and push carts for the mall

Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Marketing/Business Studies/Estate Management or equivalent

Some relevant work experience or fresh graduate

Possess excellent interpersonal skills with a good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

Willing to be based and travel within Sunway 163 Mall, Sunway Putra Mall, Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Wangsa Mall.
