Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Engineer (Assembly and Decorative), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Allied Hori Selangor - Maukerja

• Assist the Production HOD/Manager in managing the Assembly and Decorative operation .
• To continually improve on the Assembly and Decorative part quality and productivity To improve production line efficiency and minimize line stoppage.
• Work closely with planning department and ensure all production plan is executed follow schedule.
• Accountable for operator's tardiness and discipline issues, compliance to SOP and process workflow in production.
• Working closely with cross sectional department to solve process and quality issue during new product development.
• To monitor chemical consumption/material usage and ensure not exceeding BOM To attend daily production morning meeting to review daily production performance including line output, quality issues, and actions taken.
• Working closely with cross sectional departmental personnel e.g. SMT, Injection, Quality Control, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, etc, to resolve any daily operational issues.
• To joint investigation with Quality Control, Industrial Engineering,and R&D on Quality related issues and determining appropriate correction and preventive action.
• Participate in the setting of key performance Indicators, and formulation of action plans and activities to achieve the KPIs.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1 years' experience in Production related and familiar with Assembly & Decorative process
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication skill. Independent and has excellent leadership qualities, lead team member to achieve company goal.
• Ability to plan, organize and implement project activity with budget and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Self-driven with a high level of commitment.
