We’re looking for an energetic, responsible, and service-oriented Barista / Tearista to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love making drinks, and take pride in quality and consistency, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, soft drinks, smoothies, shakes, and other beverages according to standard recipes and procedures.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared with consistent taste, quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Serve beverages with the appropriate garnishes, glassware, and presentation standards.
• Assist with beverage menu preparation, presentation, and promotions.
• Monitor beverage ingredients and bar supplies to ensure sufficient stock.
• Restock and replenish ingredients, beverages, and supplies when required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the beverage and service areas.
• Keep beverage equipment, utensils, counters, and workstations clean and organised.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to customers.
• Work closely with the Front-of-House and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow company SOPs and beverage preparation standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in coffee, tea, and beverage preparation.

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to learn and follow standard recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous experience as a Barista, Beverage Crew, Café Crew, F&B Crew, or Cabin Crew is an advantage.
