*Monitor and respond to all leads received through WhatsApp from Meta Ads.

* Provide first response within a maximum of 5 minutes during working hours.

* Communicate using GODECO’s style: professional, friendly, confident, and not overly pushy.

* Obtain qualification information such as:

• Name and phone number
• Home location
• Type of property
• New house or existing house
• Ownership/key status
• Renovation or interior design scope
• Estimated budget
• Project timeline

* Evaluate whether prospects fit GODECO’s target market and services.

* Explain the Design & Build process, consultation, design fee, and GODECO Open Day at a basic level.

* Handle basic objections related to budget, design fee, location, appointments, and work process.

* Contact leads via WhatsApp and phone calls when required.

* Convert qualified leads into:

* Appointments with Design Consultants; or

* Registration and attendance at GODECO Open Day.

* Send confirmations, reminders, and location details before appointments or Open Day.

* Conduct consistent follow-ups according to the established schedule.

* Re-contact no-show leads and arrange new appointments.

* Record all information, status, source, and conversation notes in CRM/Airtable.

* Provide complete handover information to Design Consultants before consultation sessions.

* Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, response time, qualified leads, bookings, attendance, and lost leads.

* Provide feedback to the Marketing Team regarding lead quality, recurring inquiries, and campaign issues.

* Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with company communication policies.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
