About the role

We are a specialist clinic seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team, based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our medical clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Collecting blood samples from patients using proper techniques and equipment

• Preparing and labelling blood samples for analysis

• Knowledge of ECG and Stress test will be an added advantage

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

• Assisting the doctor during consultation

• Preparing patients for treatments and examinations

• Assisting with general clinic duties, such as scheduling appointments, billing, cashiering and enquiries

• Update and maintain patient medical records

• Adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols

• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

About you

• Formal qualification or certification in nursing/medical assistant/phlebotomy or a related medical field

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a phlebotomist or clinic assistant

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide a high level of patient care

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

• Proficient in using medical equipment and maintaining accurate records

• A team-oriented approach and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced clinic environment
