This is not simply about using AI to write documents faster, automate administrative work or increase productivity. We want AI to help our people become more creative, insightful, integrative and professionally capable, so that we can develop better-informed ideas, solve complex problems more effectively and deliver stronger outcomes for our clients.

A different kind of AI role

We are developing a global network of AI Practice Consultants who will work directly with M Moser professionals to help them:

• understand what rapidly evolving AI capabilities could mean for their work;
• identify creative and valuable applications of AI;
• develop new forms of human-AI professional practice;
• design and test AI-assisted workflows;
• create personal, team and project-level AI agents;
• evaluate the quality, limitations and risks of AI outputs;
• share successful discoveries and practical lessons across the company.

This role is not limited to experienced consultants, software engineers, AI researchers or architecture, engineering and construction professionals. No specific degree, professional background or number of years of experience is required.

Appointments will be based on demonstrated capability rather than conventional seniority. Successful consultants will have opportunities to progress as they demonstrate their ability to help M Moser professionals, teams and offices develop valuable new human-AI practices.
