Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Qualification: SPM/Diploma/Certificates in a related field is advantages.

  • Preferably candidates with at least 1-2 years working experience admin/cashiers or related field.

  • Entry level applicant or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Good command of English is advantages.

  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Computer literacy in MS Office.

  • Punctual and disciplined.

  • Possess a valid class (D) driving license and own transport.

  • Willing to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays (if required).

Tanggungjawab

Admin Tasks

  • Organize and maintain file and records.

  • Provide administrative support.

  • Prepare sales incentives/commission monthly report.

  • Coordinating workflow and maintaining a productive work environment.

  • Answer incoming calls, retrieve messages and short messages and redirect calls as needed.

  • Dealing with email inquiries.

  • General office management such as ordering stationery and basic supplies of office necessities.

  • Ensure the operation of the office equipment.

  • Provide the needs of the company's offices, procedures, policies and monitoring administrative work.

  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

  • Willing to take on more job responsibilities when needed.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
