Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
SPM holders with relevant working experience and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1- 3 years of working experience in the
service industry, prior experience in recruitment is an added advantage.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both, written and spoken.
Able to work with minimum supervision, fully-committed and meticulous.
Structured, analytical, well-organized, and able to work with tight deadlines.
On the job training will be provided for the successful applicant(s).
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Teaching or in a specialized subject with a certificate in education.
Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
Proven experience as a teacher. Experience in teaching IGCSE Mathematics and Physics will be an added advantage.
Working knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school's policies and procedures.
