Customer Service / Field Sales (retail electronics, inside sales, field sales)
2. Skills & Attributes
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Sales-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
Basic understanding of copier, IT, or networking solutions is an advantage.
Independent, responsible, and excellent follow-up skills.
Ability to learn solutions quickly and present them professionally to clients.
3. Educational / Other Requirements
Minimum diploma/degree (preferred)
Prior sales experience in office technology or IT solutions
Tanggungjawab
1. Sales & Business Development
Sell copiers, office equipment, IT solutions, and maintenance/service contracts.
Generate new leads and business opportunities through B2B outreach.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Account Management
Maintain records and sales pipeline in CRM/************* and and grow relationships with SME and enterprise clients.
Handle client renewals and long-term engagement.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution proposals.
3. Customer Support & Coordination
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and service support.
