Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Familiar with ERP or purchasing systems is an advantage.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, products, and services from suppliers.
Evaluate supplier quotations and ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Maintain proper records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and delivery schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures
