Good communication skills (both written and oral) in English and Bahasa Malaysia, including good presentation skills and is comfortable in interfacing with various levels of internal and external stakeholders (including blue collar workers).
Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including the ability to communicate complex data and ideas through Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and Excel reporting.
At least 2 years experience in client management or sales.
