Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Mandarin proficiency required for coordination with China-based partners.

Strong attention to detail in handling documentation.

Handle import and export customs clearance processes, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Review and validate HS codes, along with applicable duties and taxes.

Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin.

Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete prior to submission.

Liaise with Customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Track shipment progress and monitor clearance timelines to avoid delays.

Ensure prompt cargo release and address any clearance issues or delays effectively.
