Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
Additional certification in sales, healthcare, or occupational health is an advantage
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical-related industries is preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in panel clinic or occupational health sales is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
Self-driven and able to work independently in a field-based role
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Possess valid driving licence and own transport (required for travel)
Tanggungjawab
Corporate & Industrial Outreach
Identify and approach factories, SMEs, corporations, and industrial companies for partnerships
Promote panel clinic services, health screenings, and physiotherapy solutions
Present services to HR managers, occupational health officers, and decision-makers
Negotiate and secure corporate agreements and occupational health contracts
Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain and strengthen client relationships
Healthcare Industry Collaboration
Build referral partnerships with specialists, rehab centres, pharmacies, and wellness providers
Establish and maintain a strong referral network with healthcare professionals
Explore cross-referral and co-branding opportunities (e.g., gyms, sports centres, equipment suppliers)
Represent the clinic at healthcare events, exhibitions, and community health fairs
Brand Promotion & Marketing Outreach
Increase brand awareness through field marketing, events, and health talks
Coordinate promotional materials (brochures, digital content) with management
Support social media by sharing outreach activities, events, and partnership updates
Organise health screenings, wellness programmes, and consultation campaigns
Sales Pipeline Management & Reporting
Maintain updated CRM or client tracking system for leads and accounts
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and activity reports
Track sales targets, pipeline progress, and conversion rates
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support business strategy
