Possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role, preferably in a warehouse or operational environment. However, Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
Possess good communication and data & reporting skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Detail oriented.

To assist in job interviews, review applications, evaluate applicant skills, and make recommendations where necessary, as well as support end-to-end recruitment activities from screening and interviewing to offer, contract preparation, onboarding, and offboarding for both Malaysian and Foreign Employees.
Manage and coordinate headcount fulfilment supply by recruitment and manpower agencies to meet the requested headcount by DC operations.
Maintain good relationship with the relevant recruitment and manpower agencies.
To maintain HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence and compliance with relevant policies & guidelines.
Manage foreign worker staffing, conduct regular compliance checks on work permits, ensuring accurate salary payments aligned with attendance and payslips and accommodation provided are complied with local regulations standard.
Coordinate with operations and manpower agencies on foreign worker's resources arrangement such as passport renewal and medical checkup.
Support employee engagement activities for DC.
Deal with internal / external requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records and documentation.
Update and maintain reporting including hiring, fulfillment, permit expiry summary report, turnover and exit interview assessment summary.
Support DC project in documentation and data preparation.
Support HR-related audits, including GDPMD compliance where applicable.
