Able to communicate & write in Mandarin
Tanggungjawab
Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments & travel arrangements
Handle correspondence including emails, calls & follow ups
Prepare reports, presentations & meeting minutes
Maintain proper filing system and ensure documents accuracy & confidentiality
Assist in managing contracts, records and important documents
Coordinate internal & external communications
Support HR & administrative functions, including company events & activities
Assist in recruitment process (Job posting, screening, interview coordination)
Maintain employees records, attendance & leave management
Handle staff onboarding & offboarding processes
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
Assist executive in personal and ad-hoc tasks
