Requirements
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Front Desk Supervisor
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult customers and major complaints professionally
Prior experience in the automotive repair industry is an advantage
Responsibilities
Greet walk-in customers, guide vehicle parking, and arrange maintenance workstations
Handle incoming calls, register customer details, vehicle plate numbers, and record basic fault information
Prepare maintenance work orders and input vehicle information into the system
Maintain cleanliness of the reception area, serve refreshments, and organize documents
Assist senior front desk staff with document copying, record management, and filing of maintenance orders
Respond to customer inquiries via WeChat and manage appointment scheduling
