Kelayakan

  • Minimum [SPM/Diploma] in any discipline/ Proven experience in a security supervisory or operations role (minimum [2–3] years preferred).

  • Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and incident handling.

  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Physically fit and mentally alert.

  • Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, or public holidays, as required.

Tanggungjawab

As an Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets. You will also support operational coordination and compliance with established security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily security operations across assigned locations.

  • Supervise security personnel and ensure duties are performed according to schedule and procedures.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to identify security risks or breaches.

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure security needs are met.

  • Prepare and submit incident reports, shift reports, and daily activity logs.

  • Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and suspicious activities.

  • Oversee access control and ensure visitor registration procedures are followed by security personnel.

  • Train and brief new security personnel on SOPs, emergency procedures, and site-specific requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and security policies, legal regulations, and client instructions.

  • Maintain communication with HQ/Command Centre for updates, instructions, and support.

  • Any other work-related duties instructed by the HQ/COMMAND CENTER.
