Kelayakan

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in key account management or sales within manufacturing or engineering industry

  • Experience handling industrial clients, preferably in high-tech sectors such as Semiconductor or Medical instruments.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English

  • Results-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset

  • Willingness to travel as required

  • This role is non-commission based

  • Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Responsibilities

  • Manage and achieve sales targets for assigned key accounts across domestic and international territories.

  • Develop and execute account plans, sales strategies, and marketing activities to drive business growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, meetings, and exhibitions

  • Manage and process RFQs and Sales Orders, provide competitive quotations, and follow up effectively to secure orders.  

  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints and delivery issues in collaboration with relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfilment

  • Maintain accurate customer data, track opportunities, and generate reports using CRM and ERP systems

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to support customer enquiries, quotations, and order fulfilment.
