Kelayakan

  • Education Required: Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Professional Qualification in Accounting or related fields.
  • Language Required: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive attitude.
  • Work well under deadline-driven environment.
  • Possesses own transport.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and abot cloud audit software will be added advantages.
  • Required skills: Auditing, Accounting, Tax, Financial Statements

Tanggungjawab

  1. To understand client’s business entity including but not limited to its business nature for better appreciation of the audit works required to be carried out.
  2. To engage, liaise and communicate with clients to obtain all the necessary information, documents and/or data required for the performance of your duties and/or as instructed by your superior.
  3. Review, assess and/or analyse the unaudited financial statements including but not limited to identifying any misstatements, mistakes, inaccuracy, and/or miscalculation in said unaudited financial statements.
  4. To provide detailed analytical reviews of financial statements, reports and/or any documents relating thereof.
  5. To identify and execute the audit procedures as defined by engagement objectives and planned audit approach.
  6. To coordinate, communicate and discuss any arising and/or potential audit issues with your superior and to provide and propose solutions to resolve said issues for your superior’s consideration.
  7. To identify areas of value adding opportunity including providing information and finding for improvement within the sphere of your assignments.
  8. To acquire, familiarise and enhance the basic understanding and knowledge of the Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard (MPERS) and Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) requirements and any other auditing requirements and standards imposed by the relevant authorities (“Standards”).
  9. To acquire, familiarise and enhance the basic understanding of the Income Tax Act, rules, by-laws, and regulations relating to tax audit (“Laws”).
  10. To render support and assistance to your superior in dealing with relevant authorities on issue relating and/or arising from tax audit, audit review and tax clearance.
  11. Preparing tax computations for the audited reports and draft audit reports in accordance with the Standards and Laws.
  12. To prepare unaudited financial statements on an ad-hoc basis.
  13. Take responsibility in handling and completing multiple audit and tax assignments as may be assigned by your superior in accordance with the schedule and mandate given.
  14. To execute all instructions given by your superior in a timely manner and to keep your superior informed of significant developments and progress on the engagement.
  15. To coordinate, liaise and communicate effectively with appropriate team members on all work relating matter and to be involved in the team allocations and audit execution plan.
