Requirements

  • Part-time applicants will need to attend an interview with the Director before starting work.

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.

  • Good communication skills (English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin preferred).

  • Outgoing, confident, and proactive personality.

  • Comfortable approaching strangers and working in public environments.

  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays (roadshow basis).

  • Prior sales or promotional experience is an advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Location: Shopping malls, exhibitions, roadshows, or outdoor events.

  • Working hours: Based on event schedule (typically 6–8 hours per day).

  • Remuneration: Basic daily rate + incentive/commission (if applicable).

 

Job Summary

To represent the company at roadshows, events, and promotional booths by introducing and promoting the company’s insurance products to potential customers, generating leads, and supporting basic customer enquiries.

Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Promotion

    • Promote and introduce the company’s insurance products to walk-in prospects at roadshows and events.

    • Explain basic product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly and accurately.

    • Distribute brochures and marketing materials.

  2. Lead Generation

    • Approach and engage members of the public proactively.

    • Collect customer details for follow-up (name, contact number, etc.).

    • Ensure all collected information is accurate and complete.

  3. Customer Engagement

    • Answer basic enquiries regarding insurance products.

    • Identify interested prospects and refer qualified leads to the company’s sales consultant/agent.

    • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

  4. Event & Booth Support

    • Assist in setting up and dismantling booth materials (banners, tables, promotional items).

    • Ensure booth is neat, organized, and presentable.

    • Safeguard promotional materials and company assets.

  5. Reporting

    • Submit daily lead reports to the supervisor.

    • Provide feedback on customer responses and roadshow performance.
