Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the PNHB Group of Companies’ daily operations (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions) and monthly management reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, and provide analysis to management for decision-making.
  • Review and prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements and reports, Bursa quarterly announcements, and Audit Committee and Board papers.
  • Responsible for the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including cash flow planning, and monitoring actual results to implement corrective actions to achieve the company’s targets.
  • Responsible for audited financial statements (AFS) and disclosure notes in accordance with MFRS.
  • Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, regulatory authorities, and other parties to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
  • Review and ensure monthly SST billing, submission, and payment are completed on time, and ensure all SST entries are accurately recorded in the system.
  • Monitor annual budget utilisation for the PNHB Group and its subsidiaries compared to actual spending.
  • Prepare and be responsible for cash flow projections, pro forma balance sheets, performance ratios required by Bursa, and related working schedules for ad hoc corporate exercises.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, statutory requirements, and accounting standards.
  • Involved in corporate finance matters of the company, supporting corporate exercises such as acquisitions, disposals, new financing, new tenders, and cash flow projections.
  • Support ad hoc tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or professional qualifications and MIA member.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in managerial position. Experience in plantation and/or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
  • Proficient in the requirements of accounting standards, Companies Act 2016 and Income Tax Act.
  • Analytical and strong attention to details, and has the desire to probe further into data.
  • Pro-active and able to work independently and under pressure, and committed to delivery on time.
  • Well-versed at advanced level in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
