Kerja Sepenuh Masa Mechanical Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 1,900 di THe Spring Management Services (Bintulu) Sarawak - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibility

· Carry out daily task as assigned and ensure all daily checklist are completed for verification by M&E Engineer / Manager.

· Carry out daily maintenance works for mechanical and electrical systems as per preventive maintenance checklist and schedule.

· Clean & maintain all filter and strainer for AHU, FCU, Pump, Water Feature, M&E equipment, grease trap & sewage manhole according to schedule or when required.

· Regular inspection, testing and service of all fire protection system.

· Carry out any necessary building related work such as Masonry, Painting, Carpentry, Metal, Glazing, drainage, piping plumbing, electrical wiring and cabling.

· Rectify minor mechanical & electrical defects. Report any major defect to M&E Engineer / Manager.

· Monitor subcontractors’ work and verify the service report. Report to M&E Engineer / Manager on any abnormalities.

· Follow checklist routine such as record meter reading for mall and food court utilities bills such as LAKU and SESCO meter.

· Undertake any other task and duties assigned by M&E Engineer / Building Services Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
