Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years related working experience, preferably in a multi-national manufacturing environment.
Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Experience in start-up a new payroll system will be added advantage.
Well-versed in Malaysian Labor, Industrial Relations Act and Employment Act.
Position to be based at Samalaju, Bintulu.
Possess good inter-personal skills with ability to interact well with internal/external customers, service provider, consultants, and staff of all levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Well-developed maturity, emotional stability, able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Like to meet with different level of people.
