Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and informative shopping experience.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits.

• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is attractive and well-stocked.

• Accurately handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions.

• Assist in stock replenishment and the receipt of new shipments.

• Follow company policies and procedures in daily operations.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive store environment.

• Step in as Supervisor or Manager when required in their absence.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management to meet store needs.

• Strong customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to attract, engage, and retain customers.

• Willingness to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Open to working at Naelofar, Mitsui, Sepang
