Location: Cyberjaya / Subang Jaya
Working Hours: 5 days per week | 9 hours per day
Job Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Minimum SPM qualification or above
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Tanggungjawab
Handle customer enquiries and service requests via phone, email, and live chat
Support hotel bookings, reschedule, cancellations and so on
Assist with delays, cancellations, refunds, and enquiries
Deliver professional, calm, and empathetic customer service
Record, track, and resolve cases accurately
Adhere to workflows, system procedures, and SLA requirements
