Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  •      Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field

  •       2 years of experience & above in BESS, solar+storage, or C&I energy solutions — supplier or EPC side preferred

  •       Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  •       Strong grasp of BESS architecture: BMS, PCS, thermal management, and grid integration

  •       Experience working alongside BD or sales teams in a pre-sales or solution engineering capacity

  • Proficiency in energy simulation tools and financial modelling (Excel/Pvsyst)

Tanggungjawab

BD SUPPORT & PRE-SALES

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Business Development team as the technical authority in customer meetings, RFQ responses, and deal negotiations to help close C&I opportunities.

  • Lead technical presentations and solution demonstrations to C&I customers, clearly articulating the value of our BESS products against competing offerings.

  • Own the preparation of technical proposals, system specs, and BOQ in response to customer enquiries and tenders.

SOLUTION DESIGN & SIZING

  • Analyse customer load profiles, utility tariff structures, and site constraints to size and configure BESS solutions (maximum demand, peak shaving, power, capacity, AC/DC-coupling, dispatch strategy).

  • Build financial models (ROI, payback, IRR/NPV) that quantify customer savings and support the BD team in making a compelling business case to C-suite stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams to validate solution feasibility and ensure proposals are deliverable within cost and margin targets. 

MARKET & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

  • Feed market intelligence — customer pain points, competitor positioning, regulatory developments — back to the product and BD teams to sharpen our go-to-market strategy.

  • Track regulatory changes (grid codes, incentives, NEM, ATAP) and competitor offerings to inform positioning and pricing.

  • Support post-sale project handover and maintain customer relationships to identify O&M services, capacity expansion, and repeat business opportunities.
