Job Description

• Establish, implement, and maintain end-to-end training and development processes for the organization.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to training and talent development.
• Develop annual training plans aligned with business objectives and competency requirements.
• Establish and maintain training matrix by role, department, and competency level.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, skills gap analysis, and business requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and onboarding initiatives.
• Liaise with training vendors.
• Manage training schedules, logistics, attendance records, and training documentation
• Maintain accurate training records and databases.
• Track, evaluate, and report training effectiveness.
• Coordinate talent development initiatives such as career development, leadership development, and succession planning
• Support recruitment-related activities including job fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding events.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and HR representation for job fairs and recruitment events.
• Collaborate with HR team on engagement, talent development, and talent attraction initiatives.
• Assist on preparation of Employment & Deployment Contract & Permanent Process
• Assist on confirmation, termination and other related HR matter.
• Ensure all training and HR activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Any other task given by HOD.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resource and/or equivalent.
• 2-3 years minimum Experience in Human Resource Management.
• Good in communication skill.
• Good in Microsoft office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
