both in equity and as well as management control. The Company was incorporated on

15th November 2001.

HRSB management staff and key projects supervisory personnel have over 100 man-years of

experience in oil, gas and petrochemical industry. In addition to indirect manpower above,

HRSB has been proven to be able to deploy manpower of up to 300 staff of multi-discipline

crews for its plant maintenance and EPC projects.

With technical support from both in-house and HRSB associated companies, HRSB possess

technical know-how project management experience and local knowledge to manage and

engage in Plant Construction, Maintenance and Turn Around works. HRSB and its associates
