Job Description:

·       Expand the number of active customers.

·       Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.

·       Source talent using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.

·       Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure job and cultural fit.

·       Build teams, or build exceptional personal branding as an independent principal consultant.

Client Management & Business Development:

·       Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs and providing consultative solutions.

·       Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

·       Manage key global accounts, ensuring timely delivery and service excellence.

·       Develop “share of wallet” strategies enabling clients to access our full ranger of services that you will manage.

Candidate Engagement:

·       Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline across industries.

·       Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and market insights for candidates.

·       Ensure high standards of candidate care and long-term relationship building.

Market Insights & Advisory:

·       Provide clients with market intelligence and recruitment strategy feedback.
