Job Requirements：

• SPM Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Diploma or above (Fresh graduates are welcome)

• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin (Traditional Mandarin)

• Fluent in English at B1 level or above

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to work night shifts and rotational schedules

• Available to start in Jun or July

Working Hours & Salary:

• 5 working days per week, 2 days off on weekends

• 24/7 rotating shift schedule

• Work location: KL Sentral、Cyberjaya 、Subang Jaya、PJ Area

Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary: RM4,000

• Additional monthly KPI allowances and other allowances

• Final salary will be determined based on interview performance, education, and work experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, email, and live chat.

• Provide professional support and solutions based on customer needs.

• Follow up and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

• Update customer information and interaction records in the system.

• Ensure excellent customer service while meeting company standards and KPIs.
